Hamlet is a modern day hero, because he treats everyone with respect and dignity.
"No such matter. I will not sort you with the rest of my servants; for, to speak to you like an honest man."
Hamlet's courageousness is shown through many aspects. The mission that he was sent on, made him believe that he was not only sent to kill Claudius, but corruption as well. Hamlet was trying to rid the court of corrupted fools as it is part of Hamlet scheme of purifying the court.
I agree. I think that Hamlet just wanted what was best for everyone and he wanted to make things right therefore that made him a hero. He showed hero like qualities throughout the whole play.
